Mrs. Willie Dean Williams, of Galveston, (Wife of Mr. Bryan fisher Williams) left, chairman of the Texas Mardi Gras of Galveston, conferred at Fort Worth with Mrs. Onah Barwise (wife of Mr. Seth William Barwise), a Fort Worth liaison officer, on plans for the program, to which debutantes in seven Texas cities were invited.
