Description
Police Officer A. W. Kohles is shown scratching another car license number from his list of automobiles wanted for accumulated parking tickets. The car was picked up in the 500 block of E. 5th. To reclaim his car, the motorist must pay: fines for his delinquent parking tickets, a towage fee of $7.50, with.50 cents a day storage and a $5 warrant charge.
