Image from a series on Dr. Raymond Hander, a veterinarian. Dr. Hander is shown preparing a saddle horse for an operation to remove a fibrous growth from one of its hooves. The horse was owned by Bob Thompson. Published in the June edition of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram's Ranch and Farm News, 1951.
