Description

Enough "chigger-chaser" to supply several armies was destroyed by fire. Firemen atop the crates confined the blaze by tipping over burning cases of the volatile repellent. Three empty boxcars on MK&T tracks in the foreground were damaged and the rails buckled in the intense heat.
