"Judy" Meade's constant companion, Rosita, three-year-old Chihuahua, gets around these days. One of Rosita's admirers sent her a baby muskrat fur coat for Christmas - just like Mrs. Meade's. Rosita hasn't missed a day going to work at WBAP, where Judy is receptionist, in 2 1/2 years. She always greets Mary Parker's Playtime audience. The coat is from Koslows.
