Description
Technician Sergeant Edward E. Parson holds up a box that says "Does your child have milk every day?" Airmen of the 7th and 11th Maintenance Squadrons of Carswell Air Force Base decided to send milk to needy children. The idea was started by Tech Sgt. Edward E. Parson and Master Sgt. Harry Condell. Sgt. Parson would empty the boxes on to the Star-Telegram Mile and Ice desk and return the box to the base for more.
