C. Morphis, commission member; Heard Flore, commission member; A. R. McConnell, city supervisor of utilities and commission member; City attorney Rhinehart Rouer, and Gillis Johnson, attorney for the bus firm. Conferring with Robertson is Claude B. Wilkerson, secretary-treasurer of the firm.
