Description
Peace Justice H. N. Newman, seated at right, is inspecting evidence handed to him by District Attorney Alvin B. Haley in the arraignment at Wichita Falls of 10 persons in a marijuana case involving high school students there. Five of the defendants, looking on, are, left to right, Alfredo Ramos, Rodolfo Ramos, Bennie Rangel and Raul Villolobos, all of Wichita Falls, and Mike Mendez of Fort Worth.
