Four winners of an essay contest sponsored by the Serra Club for pupils of the city's 12 parochial schools were presented wrist watches at Saint Patrick's Church during Catechetical Day observance. Winners are, left to right, Noel Mulkearn, Laneri School; Gay Schuchard, Saint Ignasius; Margaret Anne Breen, Mount Carmel Academy, and Robert Faust of Mount Carmel.
