Description
Three of these city policemen received promotions and the fourth will assume new duties. Capt. R. E. Pinckard, seated at left, will be shifted from the uniformed force to the detective office. Lt. O. D. Huffman, seated at right, was promoted to captain with uniform division. Field Sgt. E. M. McCaleb, standing at left, was promoted to lieutenant with the uniformed department, and Detective O. R. Brown was named captain.
