Description
Luck played a major role in the Texas Christian University vs. Texas A&M game and in the end the Frogs had their share but on this first quarter play it smiled on the Aggies. With second and eight on the A&M 43, Quarterback Ray McKown hit Bobby Jack Floyd with a sharp pass but the ball bounced out of the broken-hand grasp of the fullback and plopped into the possession of Charles McDonald of the Aggies. Later the Frogs recovered five of seven fumbles, including two of their own, and intercepted two A&M passes. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition October 22, 1951.
