Description
Reeds and Hogans, two of Masonic Home's longest if not strongest, athletic families. Image of Joe Hogan, 20-years-old was next in line for the family. Joe Ray, as he's called, lettered for two years in football and was on of the Mason's leading sprinters and quartermilers in track. Joe graduated from Paschal in 1947 and lettered there in track for one season. Joe was at Masonic Home from 1944 until 1945 and sort of bridged the span between Bobby and the youngest of the Hogans, B. J. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition March 1, 1950.
