Reeds and Hogans, two of Masonic Home's longest if not strongest, athletic families. Image of Bobby Hogan, 22-year-old ex-Masonic Home grid star, figures his family's nine-year reign along the Mason athletes will be as nothing compared to the Reeds'. since 1942 a Hogan has lettered in football at Masonic Home. Bobby carried off four grid letters himself. He is now married to the former Mildred Brodie and they have a 18-month-old son, Larry. Bobby's last year as Mason gridman was 1945. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition March 1, 1950.
