City Manager W. O. Jones points out the site of a proposed new city sanitary fill garbage dump to Mayor Pro Tem George Bennett, Councilmen Edgar Deen, Ed Baker and Ray Crowder and Mayor J. R. Edwards, left to right. To the left of Jones is Arthur Ennis, president of Sunrise Park Civic League, which was opposing the dump. Houses in background are Sunrise Park. Actual site of the dump is to the left of the picture in the direction Jones is pointing.
