Robbie Robinson, staff cartoonist for the Indianapolis News and creator of the afternoon Star-Telegram comic panel "Josephine," is shown entering an Air Force bus at Hotel Texas for a tour of Carswell Air Force Base. 1st Lieutenant Leonard E. B. Andrews, base public information officer and tour conductor for the 30 visiting cartoonists, is with him. Inset is Robinson's "Josephine".
