Kennady, far right, his civilian aide in Texas, and others, is also greeted on arrival at Carswell Air Force base by Major General Samuel E. Anderson, commanding the 8th Air Force, left, and Major General C. S. Irvine, second from right, of the 19th Air Division. Fred Korth, second from left, Fort Worth attorney serving as deputy counselor with department, came to Fort Worth with the secretary.
