Description
The Lighthouse for the Blind is a Community Chest agency for the training and employment of the sightless. At the Lighthouse sensitive busy fingers fly over each profitable task. Shown here is a group of workers lacing moccasins that brought profits for all. To make the Lighthouse possible for another year, the Community Chest asked for $9,454.96. This image was included during the Star-Telegram's observation of the "National Employ the Physically Handicapped Week" in October.
