Crestwood Sixth Grader Mary Elizabeth Merrett, 11, and her art teacher, Mrs. Comer Clay, selected Charles Salerno's sculpture of the dog "Dorian" as their favorite in the exhibition which opened in Fort Worth Art Association's Public Library Gallery. Mary Elizabeth is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. R. Merrett, 228 Casa Blanca. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 3, 1951.
