Forty-nine city surveyors and crewmen are shown returning to work after a six-hour work stoppage. Director of Public Works C. Milo Thelin stands before the workers urging them to return to their jobs. At one point he warned them either to return to work or resign their jobs. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 3, 1951.
