Mrs. A. W. Thompson of Houston, left, Mrs. Ned Brantly, of Abilene, center, and Mrs. Joseph Morris of San Antonio, wives of oilwell drilling contractors meeting at Fort Worth, were among the nearly 350 women attending a luncheon at Colonial Country Club. Mrs. Thompson's husband was president in 1951, Mrs. Brantly's was first president of the organization, and Mrs. Morris was president in 1949.
