Description

P. C. Spencer, extreme right, president of Sinclair Oil Corporation, snapped with other officials of the organization, had a two-fold mission when he landed at Meacham Field. One was to visit his mother, Mrs. K. M. Darrah, 3459 Brady, and brother, D. W. Spencer, 3318 South Jennings. The other was to address the banquet of the American Association of Oilwell Drilling Contractors here. Others in the photo, left to right: H. L. Phillips, president, Sinclair Oil & Gas Company; P. W. Thirtle, vice president, Sinclair Oil Corporation, and Dan T. Pierce, assistant to Spencer. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, September 25, 1951.
