Description
Sandra Sandifer of Fort Worth, Texas was presented as a freshman bride in Texas Wesleyan College's 32nd annual Old Student-New Student Wedding. Miss Sandifer is a 1951 graduate of Paschal High School. The traditional ceremony was held in the college's Fine Arts auditorium. Acting as bridegroom was Hiram Johnson of Dallas. The event was inaugurated by Dr. H. E. Stout, former president of the college. Stout brought the idea from Central College at Fayette, Missouri, in 1919. The event is sponsored by the Student Council of Religious Activities.
