Workers poured the cement foundation of new headquarters building for Boy Scout Troop 143. The building will be on the Castleberry Methodist Church grounds. Pictured are T. C. Molloy, foreground, business agent for Cement Finishers Union Local Number 34, who volunteered their services, Joe Waggoner, scout master, and Corky Makarwich, general contractor.
