Description
James Franklin Moore, 40-year-old one-legged ex-convict, mutters and glowers as he is returned to county jail by his captor, Constable Paul Meador, of Lake Worth. Moore, center of a bail bond row, was arrested on a theft warrant. Moore is shown walking with crutches, and Meador is standing to the right of him and has his hand on his shoulder. They are outside and behind them is a car.
