Witnessing the signing are, left to right, Walter Browning of Dallas, executive vice president of a Dallas distributing agency for the cars; Rufus Garrett Jr., legal counselor, and Victor O. Hesse, Dallas region manager for the Kaiser-Frazer Sales Corporation. Four men are wearing suits, and smiling. Three of the men are standing, and another man is writing something wearing a suit sitting down and has a big smile.
