Co-owners are Cy Francis of 1305 East Maddox and Tom Stuckey of 6107 Meadowbrook Drive. Both formerly were with Texas Motors. Francis has had 25 years' experience in the automobile business, and Stuckey has been an auto dealer for 20 years.
