Description
D. C. Jernigin, left, took the oath as acting postmaster of Fort Worth in the postmaster's office. W. M. McMillan, postal inspector in charge of the Fort Worth division, at right, administered the oath. Jernigin, veteran post office inspector, succeeded J. Edwin McKee, whose resignation became effective Saturday.
