When admirers came up with a birthday cake for Poly's Paul Wilson, third from left, at football practice, Assistant Coach Preston Thompson thought it was a fine idea. He ate the cake while the grid men, on a training diet, looked on hungrily. Left to right are Jim Brock and Bill Enis, backs: Wilson, a center; Don Leaman and Bill Estill, ends, and Thompson.
