Raymond Eitelman, a quiet boy with a shy smile, will become the youngest Boy Scout in the Longhorn Council ever to reach first class rank. The minimum age was lowered from 12 to 11, and Raymond, 11, is the first Scout under 12 to be promoted to first class since the age limit was lowered. Raymond is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Eitelman of 3736 Westcliff Road. N. He is a member of troop 21.
