    Description

    Dick Cantrell, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. S. Cantrell of 4209 El Campo, isn't going to let the fact he had polio twice keep him out of the running in the Recreation Departments bicycle rodeo. He is shown giving his bicycle a good oiling for the staff competition. Dick Cantrell is shown oiling his bicycle in the photograph.
