Seven yards of taffeta around the edge of this Henry Rosenfeld dress show there will be no more to cocktail dresses. The fuller skirt - giving new suits a slight sweep - is going to new widths in after 5. p. m. dresses. An unidentified model is shown wearing the Henry Rosenfeld dress.
