    Description

    Shirley Jeanne Cook, 3, kept Patrolman Earl Jackson busy but refused to tell him her name or where she lived. The child's mother contacted city welfare department, attendants and said Shirley wandered from the yard. Patrolman Earl Jackson is shown holding Shirley Jeanne Cook. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition August 21, 1951.
