Description
The traffic scene at the intersection of West 7th, Camp Bowie Boulevard and University Drive is typical of daily jams along the principal routes between Arlington Heights and the downtown district. The proposed city improvements bond issue sets up funds for two new arterial thoroughfares into Arlington Heights that will go a long way toward relieving the rush-hour congestion. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, August 19, 1951.
