Starting with the erection of signs, parking was banned between 7 and 9 a. m. and 4 and 6 p. m. on W. 7th Street from the W. 6th Street intersection to Van Zandt Viaduct. Traffic Engineer T. R. Buckman, with level, and John Petroff, right, engineer department employees are shown. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition August 14, 1951.
