Two groups of visitors mingled at Forest Park when 96 midshipmen form the United States Naval Academy and 35 air cadets and officers from Canada and Switzerland arrived for a one-day tour of the city and Carswell Air Base and Convair. Left to right at the elephants' pen are bill Readers, 18, of Flim Flon, Manitoba; Skip Whitcomb, 21, of the academy, and Bob Raghtmyer, 18, of Ontario. Reader and Raghtmyer are members of Canada's Air Cadet League, counterpart of the United States Civil Air Patrol which sponsored their visit. The two men in the background are unidentified.
