Description
Al Flair tags Dallas' Clyde Perry out at first to complete a Cat pitchout play against the Eagles in the third innings at La Grave Field. Perry tried to steal second, but the Cats sensed the play and on a pitchout, Bobby Bragan's throw to Johnny Bero cut him off. Then Pery tried to return to first, Bero threw to Flair for the out. The Cats won the game, 7-5. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition August 6, 1951.
