Happy Arlington Mayor - Tommy Vandergriff, 25, one of Texas' youngest mayors, was happy Saturday over the announcement that General Motors had purchased a 255-acre tract for the Arlington site for a future plant. He served as one-man committee in Arlington in helping to close the transaction.
