Official Proclamation - Mayor Edwards, right, has just handed his proclamation designating the next even days as "Cans for Kansas Week" in Fort Worth to Major General C. S. Irvine, 19th Air Division commander, whose planes will deliver the goods to the Topeka flood disaster area. Dr. W. J. Danforth, flood aid campaign coordinator, is at left.
