Description
Junior Jailer - Fergie Haggard, 4, became separated from brother Michael, 8, in a downtown movie Monday, and had to be rescued by a passerby who took him to police headquarters. Officers there, including Sergeant J. H. Ursey, found Fergie didn't want ice cream or soft drinks-just a look at a billy club and set of keys. A relieved father, F. F. Haggar, 4140 Frazier, claimed Fergie an hour later.
