Sticky stuff - Melted fudgesicles sort of slowed down the artistic endeavor of Jim Belew, 4, right, but Mike Moore, 5, took the ice cream and paint brush both in his stride. They're wearing "graduating" palette pins form the Fort Worth Children's Museum Paint and Splatter Club on their shorts. Jim lives at 3121 West cliff road W., and Mike across the street at 3144 West Cliff.
