Description
Image of Troy Tubbs, 15, of 3725 Lawnwood got an earful of dog when he was trying to be friendly with a neighbor's chained dog. The animal bit away part of the youth's left ear, requiring a quick trip to the doctor, a lot of stitches and a thick bandage. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition July 20, 1951.
