Description
For the Oil & Gas Building under construction at W. 7th and Taylor Streets was laid by Ernest Fender, president of the Acme Brick Company, who has a trowel in hand. Others, left to right, are Blaine C. Swain of Washington, an international district vice president of bricklayers union; R. G. Berry, manager of the Jesse Jones interests in Fort Worth, builders of the new skyscraper.
