Members of St. Mark's Methodist Church welcomed their new pastor, Reverend William Lee Hankla, and his family with an old-fashioned pounding. with Rev. Hankla, are his wife and son, Walter. Rev. Hankla recently returned to Fort Worth after two years as pastor of the first Methodist Church of Stephenville. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition July 12, 1951.
