Serious Independence Day Observed - Two colorfully costumed children who appeared in a recreation department program that followed the addresses. They ae 6-year-old Deidra Ann Dulworth, 1024 Elmwood, dressed as a girl of the Gay Nineties, and 4-year-old James Roland Tidwell, 1217 Stella, in his square dance costume.
