This collection of Texas League all-stars is what Cats are up against in Dallas. Left to right, Third Baseman Frank Tornay, Shortstop Clyde Perry, Pitcher Walt Lanfranconi, Outfielder Jim Fridley, Catcher Dick Kinaman, Second Baseman Lou Farotto, Pitcher Ray Narleski, Manager L. D. Meyer, and Pitcher Bill Abernathie. Linfranconi faces Cats, Abernathie lost. Tornay is on the bench, Kinaman is on disabled list, and other changes may occur shortly. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 7, 1951.
