Description
Crewmen of the Texas highway planning survey are shown handing postcards to motorists at the rate of 20 cars every minute near the intersection with Penn. It was one of the five locations where motorists received the special cards in a survey to determine origin and destination of cars traveling the city's main entrance routes to downtown. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition June 28, 1951.
