Description
This 257-foot, 13.5 ton steel beam was anchored into place on the Terminal Annex Building at the Greater Fort Worth International Airport. A companion beam will be attached to it, forming the first of nine giant ceiling arches. The building will be used for servicing planes. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 27, 1951.
