Field Baughman, new president of Fort Worth Civitan's, center, congratulates Byron P. Pattie, left, and Fred W. Murphee on their appointment to office in the Texas and Louisiana district of Civitan's. Pattie is the new district secretary treasurer and Murphee, lieutenant governor at large. Byron P. Pattie, Field Baughman, and Fred W. Murphee can be seen shaking hands with one another. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 6, 1951.
