Image shows Snipe boats contesting in the 15th annual Inter-Club Regatta at Eagle Mountain Lake. Snipe Number 4479, sixth from left, controlled by Leonard Adelman, San Antonio, won by five yards. In second place was Snipe number 7391, second from right, controlled by Hunter Barrett, Fort Worth Boat Club. 10 unidentified Snipe boats. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, June 3, 1951.
