This view of a part of the downtown skyline was shot by the photographer through an 18-foot window opening on the 11th floor of Fortune Arms apartment hotel now under construction. Ten large picture windows are planned on the top floor of the building. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 3, 1951.
